Here is a list of things that I use that help improve how I feel... and it's a simple list. 

Athletic Greens

This is one of those expensive monthly subscriptions but to tell you the truth, this was something that made me feel healthy and look healthier. I don't know if it was me missing something in my diet but once I added this in my daily ingestion I was feeling better. Omega -3's 

If you read any of the books that I have recommended that have to do with brain health then you will certainly not need a long explanation of this. Overall I feel like this has been a very helpful boost to my energy and thought processing speed everyday. Also I feel that my skin and muscles heals faster with daily intake.

Alpha Brain:

This product I started using two months ago, and I feel a direct correlation with decision making, reading, alertness and healthy feeling. I don't know what it is but was recommended from my boss and ONNIT seems to be a really cool company that focusing on developing really cool things... check em out
